Cowra Tennis Club will hold their Autumn Open Ladies’ day at the local courts next Thursday with play to commence at 9.30am and all lady tennis players are invited to enter.

Players of all standards are well catered for and will be a good social day with invitations sent to many surrounding clubs within 150km radius to participate and most will be represented.

Many entries have been received at this stage from local and visiting players and many more are expected over the weekend.

If you have have been thinking about playing ladies’ day tennis then next Thursday is a good social day to make a comeback playing with and against local and visiting ladies.

A fun day of tennis, prizes for winners and runners up each grade, morning and afternoon tea and a light lunch are included in the $15 entry fee.

All Cowra ladies who bring a plate for lunch and afternoon tea will receive a rebate off their entry fee and this should assure a good spread for our visitors.

Entries must close next Monday night so please enter early with Sue Metcalf on 0428348376. Or suzie.metcalf55@gmail.com

On Tuesdays men’s and ladies have a social day and all are welcome to attend commencing at 9am.
