Boyd leads the charge as Raiders find hope

Cowra’s Shannon Boyd helped the Canberra Raiders keep its NRL finals hopes alive, playing a damaging 44 minutes at Canberra Stadium on Saturday night.

The Raiders thumped the now fourth-placed Cronulla Sharks 30-12 to remain 10th.

He made 113 metres from 11 runs and completed 15 tackles during his stint on the park.

The Raiders take on the Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium from 2pm this Sunday.
