Players from younger than 10 years of age right through to 16 will make up Cowra’s four sides to compete in each respective age group.
Cowra’s under 12s side appears the best chance to seal some silverware on their home turf, with many of the side playing part in the Lachlan Lions Country Cup triumph in Wagga.
The under 10s, under 14s and under 16s have been impressive all season and will take some stopping at Edgell Park this week.
Teams from towns including Young, Wellington and Bathurst will be attendance as well as a number of challengers from Canberra and Wagga.
The first games start at 8.30am with finals set for after lunch. Cowra Junior Soccer encourages people to come down and cheer on the girls, who will be hosting the Cowra carnival for 2017.
A canteen will be running all day.
