Any reader who is suffering from a heart condition, come along and meet others who have had the same experience in health matters.
The Annual General Meeting will be finalized with a luncheon at the Cowra Bowling Club.
Walks are held on the first Monday of the month, members meet at the Rose Gardens and walk along the the river path or just have a nice hot cuppa and talk.
The Heart Support Group is a free volunteer service that provides support, information and encouragement to assist people with a heart condition.
