Cowra Triathlon Club had a winner at Mudgee’s inter-club series event on Sunday with Sally Wallace taking out first place in her age division.

She picked up 10 points for the Cobras, finishing the women’s race in 1.31:50s.
Bathurst’s Nick North finished first overall with a time of 50:45s, developing a four minute margin on second placed Matt Webster in the process.
Orange’s Estelle Dean was the fastest female on the day stopping the clock in 1:02:50s – the 13th best time overall.
This weekend the Cobras are taking a strong contingent of more than 20 members to Huskisson’s Big Husky Triathlon Festival.
The club has been long a supporter of the event and continue to grow with its amount of participants each year.
Based on recent form, several members are chances of winning their respective age divisions including Bron Porter, Dave Porter, Andrew Fisher and Tabitha Jones. A number of junior will also compete.
