Setting off from the Cowra Visitor Information Centre, Edward and Lola Ross (Elvis fans for 55 years) said they were looking forward to attending again.
“We’re looking forward to the parade, we were at the Trundle ABBA festival last year but this one leaves ABBA for dead,” they said.
“It’s a good atmosphere and good music, we like all music but Elvis is our favorite.”
Festival newbies Diane and Fred Love said they were excited for their first festival visit and that the festival would always continue on.
“It’s (the festival) something that will continue forever,” they said.
“There will always be an Elvis fan and they don’t just come from older people, you’ve also got young ones who like it.”
Edward and Lola Ross echoed that sentiment saying “as long as we’re alive we’ll be going”.
