The teams day will be held at 6pm on Friday, October 28 from the basketball courts next to the Cowra Aquatic Centre.
It will be a free day with the emphasis on taking part and having fun.
The kids distance will be held as usual on this night but only one race distance will be held for the Superhero Teams.
They will race over the Novice distance of a 50 metre swim, 2km bike ride and an 800 metre run.
Cowra Tri Club members are encouraged to get two friends, relatives or workmates to make up a team of three.
