The wedding of former Cowra woman Laura Browne to Danial Mair took place at Heritage Jandoyan Woolshed Resort at Toowoomba on the Darlings Downs on Saturday, October 8.

The heritage listed woolshed, the oldest working woolshed in Australia, is fitted out specially for wedding functions.
As well as being a great wedding venue the Woolshed offers caravan, camping or cabin accommodation, a modern cafe erstaurant and the Woolshed Museum.
Laura works as a legal secretary in Brisbane, and Daniel is a project manager for the Queensland government.
They met in a Brisbane restaurant.
Laura, who is the daughter of Stephen and Debbie Browne of Brisbane and formerly of Cowra, arrived at the ceremony in a horse driven wagon by a flowing creek,
Laura’s grandparents are well known Cowra residents Mona and Charlie Browne.
She is the niece of Gregory, Phillip and Peter Browne all of Cowra who all made the trip to Toowoomba to attend the wedding.
The groom arrived at the ceremony in a 1918 vintage car.
Eighty guests enjoyed three days of celebrations at the exceptional venue.
Laura made a stunning bride on her wedding day and was assisted by her bridesmaid Emily Smallman of Melbourne.
Laura and Danial will make there future home in Brisbane. after spending their honeymoon on the Cook Islands.
