The day will be held on Robby and Linda Watt’s property “Emu Park” 3130 Belubula Way (Mandurama Road) and will cover a wide range of topics from Grazing Management to Pasture Cropping.
There will also be a paddock walk to look at some multispecies pasture cropping, grass species, soils, and the practical side of grazing management and pasture cropping.
Colin and his son Nicholas own a 2000 acre property “Winona” in the Gulgong area and manage their 4000 herd merino sheep enterprise using holistic planned grazing.
Colin was the winner of the 2014 Bob Hawke Landcare Award and the 2007 Carbon Farmer of the year. The Weekly Times (January 2015) suggested Colin is a visionary and one of the most influential farmers in the world.
Colin is very passionate about Regenerative Agriculture and will be sharing his knowledge on a wide range of topics.
Cost for the day is $20 per person which will include a barbecue lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
Attendees are asked to bring a mug, chair and pass on an invitation to anyone who would like to come along.
