Cowra Magpies make the long trek to Mudgee on Sunday to clash with the Dragons in all grades.

The league tag girls matched the Panthers last week for half the game until the Panthers turned on the back burners and ran away with the game in the second stanza.

The side is still playing great footy and another win is not too far away.

There hasn't been too many injuries so far this season so the team has been intact for the majority of games.

League tag side to play Mudgee-

The under 18s were blown off the park in the second half against Panthers last week but they can take some things out of a tight first half where the scores were close at half-time.

The return of the representative players didn't get the right result but they seemed to gel together a lot more and their added experience will help the team in the long run.

Jai Doolan makes the move into the second row this week with Matt Harrison in the centres.

First division has had another close loss, this time at the hands of Panthers and they will be keen to turn this around against the Dragons on Sunday.

Zac Browne comes back into the side after a stint in first grade and Kane Brooks will play half-back for Ricky Whitton who is unavailable.

Coach Ryan Downing will be hoping his big front row pairing of Zac Noble and Andy Kelleher will lay the platform for the speedy backs to finish off the job.
