The Big Ride for Little Hearts team passed through Cowra on their way to racking up over 1000 kilometres from Melbourne to Sydney.
Seven riders and four support crew are raising funds for Heart Kids Australia, which supports families of children born with a congenital heart disease.
They arrived in Cowra on Thursday afternoon from Cootamundra.
The team started the journey at Federation Square in Melbourne last Saturday and finished at the Opera House steps yesterday.
Event organiser Mark Whalley, who started planning the event 12 months ago, said he was blown away by the hospitality of regional Australia.
"We've had people give us donations along the way at roadside stops, at pubs and hotels. Several families along the way, who have had children supported by Heart Kids, have also come out to encourage us. It's been fantastic meeting great people along the way" he said.
Six of the riders also headed to Cowra Physiotherapy for much needed work on their muscles.
Each of the riders came back feeling like they had an extra spring in their step after the visit.
