As many people would be aware, the local RDA group do fantastic work in helping those with special needs experience horse riding and in the process, bring smiles to many faces.
The children gain confidence and a sense of achievement and also a special bond with the horses and their owners.
The Cowra Gun Club would like to acknowledge this wonderful group of people and the work they do within the community much of it on a voluntary basis.
The shoot will kick off at 10am, with two 50 target events programmed and many competitors from near and far have indicated their intention to attend.
All are welcome to come out to the Gun Club on the day to support the cause and also to see what clay target shooting is all about.
A BBQ lunch and refreshments will be available. Donations can be made at the Club on the day.
This will be a great opportunity to witness some excellent marksmanship from people you may know while also supporting Cowra riding for the disabled.
