A 47-year-old woman was treated at the scene for minor burns but was not admitted to hospital.
Malicious damage occurred to a property on Logan Street, Cowra at 6pm on Wednesday, March 4.
A timber door frame was damaged at the location. Police are investigating.
Police have charged a 29-year-old man was with possession of a prohibited plant on Tuesday, March 3.
Police will allege that the prohibited plants were observed in a property within the Erambie Mission Cowra on February 26.
The plants were seized and the man was later spoken to by police.
The man was issued a Court Attendance Notice and will appear before Cowra Local Court on April 8.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Wednesday, March 4.
The woman presented to Cowra Police Station where she was arrested and appeared before Cowra Local Court.
