Captain Darcy Callaghan won the toss and elected to bat.
He and fellow opener Lewis McFarland started carefully against a bowling attack they had not seen before.
Tight bowling and sharp catching saw both of them head to the pavilion and the Cowra side in trouble at 3-14 after 10 overs.
This brought Sam Austin and Mac Webster to the crease and, after a cautious start, they crafted a crucial partnership, scoring 52 (including 3 sixes) and 28 respectively.
When Mac was caught in the 29th over Bill Statham came out with some power hitting for his 10, followed by Mitch Amos's 5 from as many balls.
Defending 109, and aware that Condoblin had scored over 150 in earlier games, the Cowra bowlers knew they had to be miserly.
Opening bowlers Harrison Starr and Mikey McNamara started proceedings well and finished with a wicket apiece.
Austin finished with a remarkable 3-10 from 6, however it was the extraordinary economy of our mid innings bowlers that slowly eroded Condobolin's hopes of reaching the score required.
Mitch Amos, Bill Statham, Pat Hickman, and Caleb Worth all rewarded their captain's faith in them with accurate bowling and scant runs conceded.
Meanwhile Zac Olbourne led the way in the field, chasing harder as the afternoon grew hotter, and unlucky that his final direct hit didn't earn the run out it deserved.
Condoblin finished the day at 6-81, 28 runs shy of Cowra's total.
The win sees the Cowra side in the grand final this Sunday against Young in Cowra.
It's been a delight to witness the teamwork building in this side, with competitive cricket played in great spirit - looking forward to Sunday.
Go the mighty Cowra under-12s cricket team.
