For many being a part of a crowd is the most important thing they will ever be, others prefer to exist alone.
Alison Buckley, Alison Plevey and Adam Deusien worked together and with their cast to create movement which really conveyed a strong message to the audience.
Alison Buckley was thrilled with how the Cowra performances went.
"The work was amzing at the POW Camp site and the lighting and sound was brilliant and amplified the concept/intent of CLIQUE," she said.
The breathtaking performance discussed relationships between partners and groups of peers as well as those older or younger than the main protagonist.
Using interesting lighting and sound techniques the audience got a real sense of what the dancers were experiencing at any one time, whether that is confusion, happiness or anger.
The production, which was developed by United Fusion and Lingua Franca had a cast of 22, and three directors. It was perfomed in two different environments, inside in Bathurst and outside at the POW site in Cowra.
"It was like two completely different shows," Ms Buckley said.
"We had quite a few audience members who came to Bathurst and Cowra and spoke about how they were equally good, but for different reasons."
The performance was enhanced by the work of the Lighting and AV Designer, Becky Russell, Sound Engineer, Brendan Napier, Designer Annemariee Dalziel, lighting assistant, Brooke Murrau and costume assistants Lindsey Montgomery and Amanda Hindmarch.
United Fusion is set to do a lot more works after recently receiving a grant from Arts NSW.
"We will be running workshops in instrumental, vocal, drama, lighting, sound, costume design, makeup, safe dance practices and how to manahe performance anxiety," Ms Buckley said.
The grant is for a term of two years, at the end of this time there will be a major performance showcasing the skills developed over the period.
