This year the Eagles' under 17 Central West Champions will join the senior grades at the lunch which will also be attended by guest speaker and former Wallaby Owen Finegan.
Finegan lead the ACT Brumbies to their 2004 Super Rugby title and was named Ausralia's player of the year in 2001.
An obvious highlight of his career is scoring the winning try after regulation time to clinch victory for the Wallabies in the 1999 World Cup.
Finegan will have many yarns and laughs to share on the day about his illustrious career.
In terms of Cowra's senior grades, they had an unlucky year in the Blowes Clothing Cup with the top grade only missing out on a finals berth in the last two rounds while the ladies missed out on the grand final at the hands of eventual premiers Dubbo.
The Eagles lunch will begin at 12pm on Saturday at the Rugby Clubhouse.
Cost is $40 per-head, pay at the door.
