Cowra is a country town, not a suburb of Sydney. Who would want to come from the city, to a mini city?
Cowra has its own unique appeal, this will be totally lost.
I believe what business in this town needs is courteous and prompt service.
In my opinion, with a few exceptions, customer service is terrible - what a waste of 3.5M dollars, it's almost criminal.
Who's going to shoulder the responsibility for the certain pedestrian fatalities from the centre road strip?
I think this this is the dumbest plan for a country town I've seen in 70 years.
