Campbells Bridge on Darbys Falls Road will be closed for about three weeks from late August with Cowra Council needing to carry-out major repairs to the eastern approach to the bridge.

The is expected to commence today, Wednesday, August 26, with the bridge closed until mid-September.
Council apologises for the inconvenience that these necessary repairs will cause.
George Ridley, Council's Director of Infrastructure and Operations is in charge of the project.
"The timbers behind the abutment on the approaches to the bridge have rotted and need replacing."
"The work is set down for three-weeks. If all goes well, it may be finished in less time," he said.
This thoroughfare will be closed at Campbell Street on the town-side of Darbys Falls and Military Parade on the Wyangala Dam side of the village with a sign-posted detour via Porters Mount Road diverting traffic to Sydney Road.
