These two teams have set the pace all season and with only one loss each (to each other), the game in Narromine should be an absolute cracker.
Cowra progressed directly through to the grand final with a hard fought 24-22 victory over Mudgee in the major semi-final two weekends ago, while Mudgee secured their Grand-Final berth with a 23-10 win over Wellington last Saturday in Forbes.
The majority of the Cowra boys have been together since under 9s Walla Rugby and a grand final in their final game of junior rugby is a fitting reward for this talented group of footballers.
The likely line up for Saturday's game will be as follows;
Props - Gahge Nelligan and Jake Cannard
Hooker - Geoffrey Symons
Locks - Ben Edwards and Wade Newton
Flankers - Brad Colemane and Bryce Taylor
Number 8 - Riley Turner
Scrum half - Sam Apps (captain)
Five eighth - Jacob McNaught
Centres - Ty Ashe and Mitchell Budge
Wingers - Eli Richardson and Jamie Sinclair
Fullback - Drew Johnstone
Coming off the bench with strategic roles to play will be Nick Dix, Matt Rowston, Joe Glover, Sean Simpson, Adam Chalker, Jake Amos, Alec Corcoran and Steven Cass.
Mudgee are a very good team and the game will probably go down to the wire.
Good luck Cowra.
Enjoy the atmosphere of the day and enjoy yourself on the field.
All potential spectators are urged to get organised and come and support the boys in their final game of junior rugby.
Kick-off is 12.30pm at Cale Oval in Narromine.
Cowra under 17s would like to thank their jumper sponsors Cowra Toyota, Beulah Machinery, Cowra Truck Wreckers and Bryant's Concrete for their support.
