Moore, one of the most recognisable faces of Australian Rugby, made his debut for the Wallabies in 2005, coming off the bench against Samoa.
After consecutive apearances off the bench, Moore made his run on debut in 2006 where he scored his first try.
The powerful hooker has since asserted his dominance on the world stage and is now renowned as one of the world's best in his position.
Having 92 caps in the green and gold he is the seventh highest capped Wallaby in the history of the game.
He has taken part in two World Cups, the first in 2007 as a 24 year-old, and most recently in 2011 in New Zealand were the Wallabies placed third.
Moore was first choice hooker and was involved in all five World Cup games. Prior to that, he was a crucial member in the Australian's Tri-Nations tournament victory.
Being named skipper of the Wallabies earlier this year, Moore became the first hooker to captain Australia since Phil Kearns in 1995. Moore should be touring with the Wallabies' in their "Bush2Bledisloe" program next week, however after suffering an ACL injury in June, during the first Test against France, the skipper has been forced to look on.
