Neila's head chef and restaurateur Anna Wong, is worried the art of cooking will be lost in time as we lose our strong bonds with traditions.

She has developed a monthly cooking class to pass on some of her skills.
"A lot of people don't know how to cook things any more," she said.
Mrs Wong's favourite food is traditional Chinese pan fried dumplings, so she ensures that each person in her class walks away with the delicious, easy to repeat recipe.
"Don't take the recipe as gospel," she warns her students.
"Things change, you could be using a different oyster sauce or different ginger; it is all about tasting things."
Mrs Wong wants her students to recreate her dishes.
"I want my cooking classes to teach my students something they can do at home without feeling overwhelmed," she said.
As with the restaurant the cooking classes make use of seasonal produce, so each experience is deliciously unique.
"I buy my produce at the farm gate so I get exactly what I want," Mrs Wong said.
"Each class we cook different things, based on what my students want to learn and the range of ingredients available."
The classes are held at the family farm just out of Cowra in 'Anna's Shed'.
"My Shed is my favourite place everything is neat and just how I left it.
"I do a lot of catering in the shed as well as preparation work for the restaurant, so I am in there quite a lot," she said.
Each cooking class can take 12 students, but they book out quickly.
"We have had groups of people from Sydney book out the whole class," she said.
