Bilyara CEO Ray Harris is pleased with how the event went.
"I was fantastic. It was really well attended," Mr Harris said.
One hundred percent of the proceeds of the day will go toward improving the quality of life at Bilyara.
"It will help to improve the facilities and comfort for residents here," Mr Harris said.
The fair corresponded with the popular Sakura Matsuri Festival at the Japanese Garden; Mr Harris believes this could have helped boost the numbers.
"We did have some leakage from the Japanese Garden, it helps that we are neighbours," he said.
"Cowra Ballet School performed, and there were some local singers as well," Mr Harris said.
According to Mr Harris the crowd remained constant all day, and the residents were pleased with the entertainment that was provided.
