With thousands pouring through the gates to take in all the sights from the fireworks to the fresh produce, Show President, Ian Packer said he was thrilled with the turn out.
"We had a massive roll-up which was great to see," he said.
"We were a bit worried at 5pm on Wednesday but they came in and the crowd just rock and rolled."
Mr Packer said all livestock sections were well-received and most importantly, there were no complaints.
