To make a difference to Cowra and the community [in regards to] small business and growth.
What do you see as the big issues in Cowra?
Small business and youth are the big issues.
Small business is a way to keep money in the town.
Unfortunately a lot of money is going out of town because we haven't got the facilities to move forward.
We need to bring people in [to town] so kids aren't leaving town.
Our youth need things to do and not be walking the streets.
Kids will stay if things are here.
What experience do you bring to the table?
My experience; I've been a small business owner out here in Cowra for four years.
I run a martial arts and tai chi studio.
I've had a lot of dealings with youth.
In my experience, I've been the president of different boards: the Jiu Jitsu Federation of Australia, president for that.
I've been on the board with the domestic violence group in town, so that.
Plus more life experiences I've had over the years.
That's the experience that I bring to the town.
Why should people vote for you?
I'm a new face in a new place.
We need new ideas in council.
Hopefully we can get through and do that.
