Entries for the CWD Carnival at Forbes are closing soon. This will be the last CWD Carnival as the new zoning areas put in place by Swimming NSW will see Cowra swimming in a new zone.
Speedo Sprints entries are also closing soon so please if you would like to represent your club at these events please contact Sean Leyland.
Just a reminder, there will be no Swimming Club this week due to Australia Day Celebrations being held at the Aquatic Centre.
Club Championships are just around the corner, so if you are not sure if you have qualified with enough swims, please check the notice board outside the Club House. To parents filling in entry cards for championship events, if you are not sure which boxes to mark please see patrons at the tables outside the club room and they will assist you.
Time keeping for Tuesday February 2, will be by the following families: Timbs, Sparkes, Knight, Ryan.J, Maynard, Heilman and Farrell-Hut.
If you can not fill your position please arrange for a replacement as each week families fail to turn up to do their time keeping duties.
This makes the evening late to start and the same people seem to be offering their time to fill these positions.
This doesn’t seem fair on them, they have children too who they would like to see swim.
So please, if you can’t help out arrange for a replacement.
