Cowra MCRC held Round 6 of their Club Championship on Sunday, 29 May. The weather was perfect and all riders where keen to add to their individual point score tally.
Cowra MCRC will be holding their Annual Presentation Night on Saturday, October 30.
Venue to be advised. The club wishes Jack Dawes a speedy recovery after his accident on Sunday.

Round 6 of the Club Championship will be held at Woodstock Park this Sunday, August 29. A great family day out is assured, so come on out to Woodstock and support our many local riders. Gates open at 7.30 am with sign-on and scrutineering 8.00 – 9.00 am.

together in Vojens, Denmark to
contest the 2010 FIM Individual Speedway World 80cc Championships (Youth Gold Trophy) from July 7-10.
The top 54 riders of the world, including three Australians, battled it out for four long days with the
mercury rising to a scorching
temperature.
09 Jul 10 | Cowra’s Ben Cook has taken out an Australian motorcyle racing title.
Ben was among 15 Cowra Motorcycle Racing Club riders who headed to Kurri Kurri on July 2, 3 and 4 to take part in the 2010 Australian Junior Dirt Track Championships.
Riders competing were brothers Jack and Joe Dawes, Ben and Zach Cook, Larz and Kye Burke, Toby and Kelsey Pollard, Izaak Ticehurst, Thomas and Patrick Duggan, Matthew Gilmore, Brayden Elliott, Jack Gilbert and Joe Bugg.
02 Jul 10 | Cowra’s junior speedway sensation Brady Kurtz has been selected by Motorcycling Australia to compete in the 2010 FIM Under 16 Individual World Speedway Championships (Youth Gold Trophy) being conducted at Vojens Denmark from July 7-10.
30 Jun 10 | Cowra’s Todd Kurtz has settled in well in the United Kingdom
speedway world.
Kurtz joined Newport Wales for the 2010 season in March and doubles up with both the Newport Wasps in Premier League and the Newport Hornets in National League.
25 Jun 10 | Cowra Motorcycle Racing Club members Jack and Joe Dawes, and Brayden Elliott (Tumut) travelled to Kempsey on the Queens Birthday long weekend to compete in the NSW Junior Dirt Track Championships.
