Locals will be welcome to see caravans built as far back as 1936 on display at Cowra Van Park on Sunday 29 April, while a fair will be held that day at River Park to mark forum members' stay.
One hundred and twenty caravans are booked to arrive at Cowra Van Park for the week-long meeting, with additional bookings made at Cowra Holiday Park.
The caravans will be towed into Cowra by vintage cars, which will also feature in a Show and Shine at the fair.
Belinda Virgo, manager of Cowra Tourism Corporation, said around 300 visitors are expected to arrive in town for the meeting.
The fair will feature live music, food and market stalls, wine tasting, a barbecue and a jumping castle.
While it will be a free event, a gold coin donation upon entry will be encouraged.
The Vintage Caravan Fair on Sunday April 29 will begin at 10am and finish 4pm at River Park.
