Watch out for the little “LJ Hooker Property Management Car” every Thursday Night driving around the streets of Cowra starting from December 3, 2009 nominating your Beautifully Decorated Home and handing out treats for all the excited folk that are in the Christmas spirit.

So get out this weekend and put up your lights ready for next Thursday!

A letter of nomination will be put into your Letter box and your home will be included in the Cowra Guardian’s list of nominees every Friday up until judging and announcement of the winner.

They will also be in the running for the “People’s Choice Award” voted by the residents of Cowra.

Previous years winners have included the Stokes family from Vernon Drive, The Chambers family from Appian Way and the Reid family from Brisbane Street taking out the title last year.

They have all had the pleasure of having the perpetual trophy on display in their homes for the year to show off to their visitors.

Judging Night will be Monday, December 21, 2009 and will be published in the Cowra Guardian on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 in time for all to drive by and see the winner prior to Christmas.

The people’s choice award will be voted by the public. Voting Coupons will be published in the Cowra Guardian each week up until announcement of the winners. The completed “Voting Coupons” can be dropped into the Giant Present at L J Hooker Cowra – 45 Kendal Street. Happy Decorating and see you on Thursday night!
